Sales Representative Contract
Sales Representatives: Sales representatives will complete a Sales Representative application which will include their experiences, sales goals, current territory, and a minimum of three professional references. Customers: Sales representatives will promote the Titan Rod Vault to retail outlets as well as individuals, resorts, and/or guides. Territory: Each state will be assigned to Sales Representatives based on current sales territories. Every attempt will be made to ensure that there is no overlap within a given territory. Compensation: For every unit sold by the Sales Representative will be paid a 5% commission for the first 100 units sold, 7% commission on 101-500 units sold, 10% commission on 501-1000 units sold. Once a Sales Representative sells 1001 Titan Rod Vaults he will become a Senior Sales Representative and his commission will increase to 12%. The Commission will be paid monthly and calculated from invoices emailed for orders. (No commission will be paid on orders not accompanied by an emailed invoice.) The order form can be accessed through the Sales Representative tab on the website. All Sales Representatives will be treated as contract labor and therefore must fill out an I-9 and will be given a 1099 at year end. Distribution of cold calls: If a retail outlet contacts Bode Outfitters directly, Bode Outfitters will process the initial order. The retail outlet will then be referred to the area Sales Representative. If there are two Sales Representatives in a state the first Sales Representative to sign on with Bode Outfitters will be given the first referral. The next cold call will go to the other Sales Representative and will continue to rotate. Expectations: Bode Outfitter expects it’s Sales Representatives to act in a professional manner when promoting the Titan Rod Vault. Sales Representatives are expected to sell a minimum of five (5) Titan Rod Vaults a month. A review will be conducted with each Sales Representative on a quartly basis. If sales goals are not met, Bode Outfitters will discuss demographic data with the Sales Representative and determine if adjustments need to be made to sales strategies. If acceptable sales goals are not met after a mutually decided upon period of time the Sales Representative may be replaced at the discretion of Bode Outfitters. Marketing Materials: Bode Outfitter’s will supply each Sales Representative with basic marketing materials. Additional materials may be purchased at a reduced cost. Marketing materials may include brochures, business cards, baseball hats, fishing shirts, stickers, and t-shirts. Additional apparel and promotional items may be purchased from Bode Outfitters (at a reduced cost) to place for sale in retail outlets or to be given as gifts to customers. If there is a large account with good sales, the Sales Representative may contact Bode Outfitters for additional perks and promotional items for that retail outlet. How to Order: Each retail outlet will work with a Sales Representative. Orders will be filed through the Sales Representative who will email the order directly to Bode Outfitters via the website. If a retail outlet has special needs or concerns they may contact their Sales Representative, if they do not find satisfaction through the Sales Representative they may always contact Bode Outfitters directly. Payment: Orders must be paid at the time of order. This can be done via check, Pay Pal, or credit card. Marketing Materials: Each retail outlet will be given a window decal and a sign for the store. Additional signage can be purchased for the store or employee vehicles. I am in agreement with the terms of this contract. A review of this business relationship will be conducted 6 months from today’s date. A contract may be renewed or voided at this time.
